Tuesday, December 13, 2016. This is one of my favorite Japanese food it called "okonomiyaki". It's a savory dish that is a bit more like an omelette or frittata than a pancake and it's made with okonomiyaki flour, eggs cabbage, pork(bacon), shrimp or other seafood, and topped with a variety of condiments like sweet sauce(oknomi sauce), mayonnaise, dried seaweed and dries fish flakes. How to make "okonomiyaki". Aonori ( blue seaweed ). Katsuobushi ( dried, fermented, and smoked tuna). Forth, add toppings.
