Jag är i en hemsk bland episod just nu, är både manisk och deppig och utan medicinering så jag försöker dämpa allt själv. Jag dricker sjuka mängder alkohol and gör det oftast dagligen, tar titt som tätt tabletter om jag får tag i det och präglas av enorma ångestsvackor med elaka tankar som förstör allt inom mig och runt omkring, klarade inte av att vara skadefri.
