All the latest on Leo's life. February 18, 2014. Manly’s newest resident! Just a quick update to say that Leo was transferred to Manly hospital yesterday! He handled the move very well and is thriving. Since arriving he has been on full bottle and breast feeds (so no more tube feeds), is off his monitors and has had his first session of tummy time. Firstly, Jamie gave leo a ‘big boy’ bath. Leo LOVED it. He just relaxed and enjoyed the warm water. In 2003, Natt tried her first yoga class, inspired by her yoga-loving friends. She was hooked, and it wasn’t long before her physical body and spirit underwent life-transforming effects. She was pleased to discover that her Buddhist upbringing in Thailand flowed beautifully with yoga’s spirituality and philosophy. She sought to deepen her practice and share her knowledge and passion for yoga with others. In 2006, she furthered her education by taking her first yoga teacher training.

Nattika Beach
Nattika beach is a 3 km long white sandy beautiful beach in Thrissur district of Kerala (God's own country), South India. It is located about 25 km from Thrissur, Kodungallur and Guruvayur. The surroundings are gifted with backwaters surrounded by palm grooves. Lot of tourists visit here for sight seeing and recreation. There are a variety of hotels and resorts to choose from in Nattika beach. The nearest airport is Cochin International Airport, 60 km away from Nattika.
