Not very nutritious today. My b.g after eating the 3 tacos (I should have only eaten 2-got too full off the three) was 98. I’m REAL pleased about that. I took a gamble w/the tacos. Grilled cheese (2 slices l.carb bread) 8g. Plain bologna sndwch (8g). Sfree “nips”. Low carb eating journal. Wednesday – Nov. 17, 2010. November 17, 2010. Slice l.carb banana nut bread. Bologna wrap with 1/2 joseph’s low carb pita. The other 1/2 wrap w/avocado. 1 small s.free chocolate. Joseph’s wrap w/avocado. Low carb eating journal.

Couple bites l.carb cheesecake. Wow – the espresso w/heavy cream held my appetite at bay ALL day! I didn’t mean for it to happen that way, it just did. By the time we ate dinner my family was starving and I wasn’t. My daughter asked me, how can you not be starving…and you know what? I couldn’t answer her. Low Carb Is Easy.
