Last May, on our trip from Semarang to Bali, we have to transit in Surabaya. It’s already lunch time when we arrive in Surabaya and while waiting for our flight to Bali we’ve decided to have lunch in the airport. Hubby chose this and it was a good choice. Last June, we visited Yogyakarta and one of the restaurant that we’ve tried is MINISTRY OF COFFEE.Here are the dishes that we have :. Salmon Quiche (Rp. 19.800). I like the pastry that they use but it’s a little bit too thin for my liking. They should use more cream as the salmon is a bit dry. But overall it still delicious (I came twice to this restaurant ordering the same🙂 ). This is really GOOD!
