Nevertheless there was never a relocation programme for this species. How unfortunate. However this restricted area home to many pair of which also home to many non breeding pair. This is the setup, a fishing dock. There was this boat which sometime ago (a long time that is) used to be a floating gallery. Now it rusts here. As I was passing by it with my bike, I heard the noise the ropes were making. The sea was a little wavy and this made the boat rock up and down thus tightening the ropes. Pointing at the boat.
