I have no clue as to the typical winter-to-spring pattern here in Springfield, Oregon is, but I do not mind its wackiness whatsoever! Today, I decided to take the bike to the other half of the island. My journey would take me down south to L'Union Estate Park. I could hear the locals singing their hymns through the open doors. As I entered the state park, I happened upon an old cemetery. A large granite boulder serves as the home for some tortoises. They like to crawl around in the mud and hang out.

The next day we took the train to Lisbon and headed out to Sintra, another USESCO World Heritage Site, due to its abundance of 19th century Romantic architectural monuments. Today, I decided to do a roadtrip to Oatman, Arizona. It was only a two hour drive from Las Vegas, so I figured why not? I hoped in the Mustang, slathered on some sunscreen and off I went.
