The boat was situated by the entrance to a lake home driveway. The red hearts and the flowers tell me they're probably out for a special occasion dinner cruise. The weathered wooden oar adds yet another nautical touch to this boat load of silliness. As does the fishing rod extended over the oar in front of the snazzy couple.

Saturday, February 27, 2010. 每個人都有自己的烹飪習慣，台灣人喜歡將炒鍋加熱→倒油→冒煙→加菜→快炒，這樣健康嗎？有些人喜歡吃油炸物，那油品又該怎麼選擇？就讓本篇來告訴你重點。蛋白質經過高溫會變質，膽固醇經過油炸也會氧化，因此即使買到好油，但經過油炸後的海鮮或肉類也已經氧化了，有損健康，所以油炸類少吃為妙！由於油品也會隨溫度變更而變質，所以買了好油最好能放在低溫或是陰涼處保存(我現在都存放到冰箱)，更要避免將油直接放在瓦斯爐旁，很容易造成變質。以往阿公阿媽使用豬油時，廚房都很乾淨，反倒是使用沙拉油或是比豬油更好的油時，廚房卻容易黏答答，Why？只要有油煙產生，就表示油的熱度已經達到冒煙點了，超過冒煙點就表示油的品質已經壞了，所以不管買到的是好油還是壞油，都必須注意烹調時的溫度，熱炒時加點水可有效降低溫度，也可以吃得更健康。未精製的葵花、亞麻仁、菜籽油 (107℃). 未精製大豆、玉米、花生、冷壓橄欖油 (160℃). 未精製胡麻、椰子、奶油 (177℃). 未精製植物酥油、豬油 (182℃).
