The Cat in the Hat Comes Back by Dr Seuss | doctoring.parenting

https://doctoringparenting.wordpress.com/2014/10/18/the-cat-in-the-hat-comes-back-by-dr-seuss

Raising a child in Singapore. The Cat in the Hat Comes Back by Dr Seuss. October 18, 2014. We previously had a successful time with ‘The Cat in the Hat’, so I thought that the sequel would be a smash hit as well. In this story, the Cat in the Hat visits the 2 children again and gets into trouble by dirtying their bathtub. The Cat then enlists the help of many small cats in his hat to clean up the spots, but they only make the matter worse. Will the pink spots ever come off? Tiddler by Julia Donaldson.

Raising a child in Singapore. The Singing Mermaid by Julia Donaldson. January 10, 2015. We recently read ‘Disney’s The Little Mermaid’ to Samantha and I thought it would be good to have another story about one. We enjoyed this book for its interesting storyline, and the vibrant illustrations helped to bring out the beautiful beach and the lively circus. The theme of betrayal was not heavily played upon in the book, and more rested on how the mermaid was trying to escape with the help of her friends.
