Raquo; About Tranquility. Launched in June 2005 Tranquility is a 58’ narrowboat, run independently by her joint owners. Design layout is semi-traditional steel hulled and she was built by Colecraft and fitted out by Elton Moss Boatbuilders. The saloon is accessed through the steel glazed double front doors.
