New Brunswick 4 Corners ride report. Let's see, where to start. I had a day off to enjoy some riding and wasn't sure where to go or what to do. My wife Hélène and I were planning to go to Bar Harbor Maine for the weekend so we would be leaving fairly early saturday morning. This meant no returning home too late (or too early in the morning). August 10 and 11, 2002. T minus 53 hours. Leave home on my fully-packed bike. It's never been so loaded. I even brought the kitchen sink, erm. I mean laptop computer just in case our esteemed rallymaster decided to give out some bonus locations the night before the rally. My name is Bob Daigle and I live in Fredericton. Born in 1970, you can figure out my age from that. I've been riding street bikes ever since I obtained my license in 1986. This is my bike. It's a 2000 Kawasaki ZX-12R. They say there are two types of riders. those who've gone down and those who haven't. I also enjoy nerding up my motorcycle with various LD riding gizmos. Overall, I feel it's a much better 'bang for the buck'. Anyways, enough rambling. Who even reads this stuff anyways? Nuff said ;-).

To protect the GPS from flies and rocks I took an old faceshield that I trimmed a bit with my Dremel and tie-wrapped it to the bike's windshield. I admit it looks quite 'home-made' but it works. I'm not one to put form before function. Here's another closer view of the setup. Nothing much more to say. Back to Fuel Cell Page 3.
