Family Education and Counseling. The Womens Outpatient Program consists of three levels, each designed to enhance the development of a strong recovery foundation. Level I meets for group 3 mornings per week with a strong emphasis on. Disease concept of addiction. Mother roles and relationships. Social support through 12 Step meetings and sponsors. Weldon house was created to help women who faced barriers in leaving abusive relationships, sustaining recovery from drug addiction and alcoholism, obtaining adequate housing, and finding jobs that provided a livable wage.
