Monday, April 28, 2014. Sorry for not having much to report last week. The crews worked most of the week all day and late into the evenings on the drywall mudding. And then sanding it all down. We went inside some, but mostly we stayed out of their way. Today we picked out the granite color. It's a dark color, mostly black, but there is a lot of brown in it too,. Tuesday, February 25, 2014. Tuesday, week 6. Today was one of those days where the schedule left just enough space between appointments to have time to kill but not enough time to go home. we all hit the dentist at 8, then violin at 11, and the concrete was scheduled to start at 1. it was a relatively nice day, so we parked in the yard and the kids collected sweet gum balls. Also noteworthy - I said, "go collect sweet gum balls" and they actually did. Later, she built a lean-to. Monday, February 24, 2014.
