Unfortunately by the time they arrived so had an eastern storm. In a break in the rain we went down to the beach and climbed the sand dunes. The two dogs loved it. Matt is making chocolate brownies with Auntie Jo because the first batch disappeared too quickly! At the other end of the bench is the creative guy making up his own batch of ginger beer! Went up to Mangawhai Heads today to see how the house was coming on. We were delighted with the progress. Painting is done, kitchen units in, bathrooms started, so exciting!
