There is a very large drainage that branches off of this smaller drainage that you see in the pictures. The deer have multiple trails going into the larger drainage. This is the primary water source of this drainage and it is full year round. It does get some waterfowl action as well. There is cropland all around this area and the Missouri river is about 5 miles away.

Last night Mck and I were driving home from the grass clipping recycle area and we passed the road that goes to my parents house. The conversation that followed was pretty funny. I wish I would have recorded it, because this doesn't do it justice. My parents place hasn't flooded, but we can't get to their house because the roads to their house are all flooded. McK: That's the way to grandma's house. Me: Yep, you're right, it is.
