It means that the environment that led us to push prices in November 2012, could be the exact opposite in 2013, because demand has been reduced. Ok, ok, so 2014 actually started in summer 2013, demand isn’t the frenzy it was, interest rates went up, inventory is a bit higher, what does it mean? It is huge. Sunday, June 13, 2010. This will be the last blog that I write while I'm on this trip. I've learned quite a bit in this country and here is a little summary of what I've learned:. So why is America like this? I have been so irresponsible with what I've been given. This will now change. It's exciting actually. I've been getting ambitious and wondering what I could do with my life and how I could perhaps change the world and do a million other things. I guess it's similar to how we use words like bro.
