Friday, February 23, 2018. I've been working hard to practice the first two blocks in the Free Motion Quilting Challenge I'm doing. I had to order some new supplies (lots of them) as I really had nothing to work with my new machine. I now have two new feet that work, the first little ruler, gloves, expensive cotton thread (my machine LOVES it) and a slipper surface (teflon topper thingy majober). The other photos are just all my practice squiggly thingies which I'm posting as a way to see how I progress.

I was looking at vintage sewing notions on Pinterest and saw an idea for a collage, and then came up with my own idea. Monday, April 1, 2013. Geez, seat cushions for the patio are expensive, and many are ugly. So I'm deciding to make my own. Found fabric and cushioning today. The before photo of the table is just to show how horribly obnoxious things are before being fixed up. Let's see, hangers were from recently unraveled yarn, which you can see hanging on the chair. Thursday, March 27, 2014. Dressing Your Truth Think I goofed already. I tried clothes on at Macy's and the thrift shop the other day, thinking it would be easy to find some Type 3 clothes. NOT!
