Saturday, February 02, 2013. 薏米 ???薏米 ???对拉 就是薏米Barley. 因为之前年饼的变变变。。从杏仁变花生再变黑芝麻。。。 到现在的薏米 。。=). 为什么会做薏米阿??因为刚好之前有买了一包台湾“ 马玉山 ”. 牌子的薏仁粉就是我们熟知的薏米粉。。我其实是买来做面膜的,. 哈哈哈 配方我还是一样把杏仁脆饼里的杏仁粉换成了薏米粉 =). 但是,一样的食谱分量我却加多了很多。。很多的油,才可以Firm成软硬适中的面团=). 出乎意料哦 烤出来的薏米脆饼带有很香的薏米香味 !我好喜欢哦 =). 我就是买这牌子的薏仁粉做面膜 and 饼干 !SD$ 6. Homemade Rice Wine 2 自酿米酒2 号. 一直挂心家里还有一个1L的空瓶子。。。按耐不住啦 !结果再去买了500g 糯米来玩玩 =)这回用我家附近药材店卖的酒饼 老板说500g 的糯米只需要一粒甜酒饼就Ok了。。好吧,反正是试验看两家那个酒饼酿出来的酒比较适合我 =)嘻嘻嘻嘻。。。 一早买了糯米回来就开始清洗,浸泡在水里10-12 个小时。。然后,这回用蒸的!! 隔夜糯米饭,这回蒸的看起来比较好。。 Roll 成两条,再放进罐里,稍微压一下,瓶子周围都干干净净的。 隔天,可以看见瓶底的一些米酒 =). 第四天,米酒2号的成绩不错!暗爽中。。哈哈哈哈. Steamed Chinese Bun , 南瓜生肉包. 肉生包 !虽然包得不美,至少我终于征服你了 !! 今天早上上Pasar ,忽然有很强烈的感觉想做这肉生包。食谱已经收藏了一段时间。。但是因为包子皮问题,我怕做不出那松软的面皮所以一直在拖。。。拖。。。拖。。。。 基于家里有冰冻南瓜泥,所以我选用了Huipeng介绍的面皮食谱,我家人口少所以我只用了2/3的分量。而内馅食谱是参考了两个不同家的材料,还有自己的饺子内馅经验调出来的。基本上,味道我还蛮喜欢的,可能就是调得淡了一些就感觉好像少了点什么。。。下次我要下手重一些! . 有情趣的朋友们,不嫌弃的话可以自己参考以下食谱。。调味可以自己加减 =)做属于你自己的包子 =). 参考Youtube Video : Christine 简易食谱. Snow White Xue Hua Gao , 冰凉雪花糕. 3月份的学校假期,回了一趟BP时在姐姐家第一次吃到了这雪花糕。当时一盒五片我就吃了两片,喜欢那个软软,溶在口里的口感。。但是唯一不喜欢是有股不自然的奶味 。。。 前几天,看见网友的雪花糕Post。。激发了我也要自己做的冲动!我想用较好的鲜奶,应该不会有那怪怪不自然的奶味了。 因为家里一直都会有Magnoria Fresh Milk在冰箱里,所以为了方便我选择买了Kara的200ml 盒装椰浆 。这个食谱可以用8寸四方脱底膜来盛装,不用像食谱里建议用烘焙纸来铺底。 姐姐买的雪花糕!一盒5片 RM5-RM 6. 4把做法2的混合液倒入鍋中,並不停的攪拌,邊攪邊煮(火不要太大,鍋邊容易燒焦). 21 May 2013 at 03:12. 葡萄天然酵母面包 - ...
