I think i've purged about 5 or 6 times total (spread out over a few months), and i promised myself not to do it again. but i'm not sure if my teeth and food tract is still okay. please let me know, thanks! I want it to end now so im sure to stay w/in my calorie range. :). Im also going joggin w/ my dad later. WOOT! And it does not help that my parents eat ALL THE TIME! How do you guys stay so strong and in control? Please share- I am desperate! Also, how much exercise a day is enough? 1 comment Leave a comment.
