Its me again.back with a new post.I went to Gems and Jewellery Exhibition here in Downtown Dallas,Tx,It was my first visit to this kindaa expos.I was expecting to buy few gems stones and beads but I bought loads of crystals,beads and many more. The movie was hilarious.A must watch movie.U all would burst in laugh! My gloves are ready to pull the Pizza out of the oven.

This is a very Protein rich Indian stuffed bread.All U need a half of cup of kala chana or black chickpea.soak them over night pressure cook them and drain out all the water and mash finely. Then to the mashed mixture all u need to add is paratha masala which u can buy in any Indian store and salt,cilantro and finly chopped red chilles and mix them and make small balls of them.

This evening suddenly weather changed and it became cloudy and thunderstorms started.I was so hungry.so I looked into my fridge and there was a big box of idli batter sitting in my fridge.so I took it and made this crispy rice balls.
