I have had enough and I want to make a change. I am tired of guys telling me they just want to be friends or dating be but not wanting me to hang out with their friends. I am tired of not getting jobs because employers think overweight people are lazy. Today is the beginning of a healthier me.

First of all I want to thank everyone for your support on Christmas eve and Christmas Day. Even though there was no one at my house Christmas morning, thanks to you, I did not feel alone at all. Weight Loss:One Day at a Time. My journey toward a healthier me! Monday, February 23, 2009. Letting it all out. Why do I not got to class knowing that I will fail if I miss one more? The only thing I know that I can and have to do right now is keep myself alive by keeping my diabetes in check. So for now, for this week at least my only goal is to remember to test my blood sugar at least four times a day and start righting down what I eat. February 26, 2009 at 4:59 PM.
