School Social Worker/Mental Health Practitioner - P/T. Neighborhood Connections is seeking a School Social Worker (SSW) as part of an innovative new program in collaboration with schools of the Windham Central Supervisory Union to strengthen families and assist students. This position will be based on-site in schools in Jamaica, Wardsboto and Townshend. Candidates should have a Masters Degree (MSW or MA CMHC preferred) with VT license as well as experience working with children and families.
