器用だから 不器用だから とやる気のない人はすぐに言いますが、本当は 不器用だからできない のではなく、 やろうとする気がないからできない だけであることの方がむしろ多いのです。 自分でやろうとするきっかけは、 お金がない とか、 やってみたい、興味がある とかいろいろですが、やってみれば、専門家といわれる人が、 どれだけのことをやって、どれだけの報酬を得ているのか ということがよくわかります。 そしてそれが少しずつ見えてくるようになると、 これは自分でやろう これはあそこに任せた方がいいな あそこはプロといいながら、口先だけでいい加減な仕事しかしない というような判断もできるようになります。 その上、自分が少しでもそのことについて分かっていると、たとえプロに頼む場合でも、とんちんかんなリクエストだけはして後は全部お任せの場合とは違い、細かいことについて、 ここはああしてほしい ここはこうしてくれ ときちんとした指示をだせるため、納得のいく結果を得ることのできる確率も高まります。 私はこのことを、 何事も 経験値 だ ということにしています。
