The ramblings of the everyday happenings in the Harmon home. Wednesday, April 20, 2016. Brain Declutter: Oh 2016. It is getting to the point that I dread blogging. I keep thinking I will do it and then I just can't make myself want to. I dread blogging because I am so far behind (story of my life), not because I want to stop collecting our memories in one spot. I am not going to worry about catching up right now (or maybe ever) because I don't want to dread blogging. D for 5 days before even starting to ...

http://acjharmonfam.blogspot.com/2015/05/day-12-blessed.html
The ramblings of the everyday happenings in the Harmon home. Wednesday, May 13, 2015. I guess he kind of liked it. :). When I told Aaron I finished the first semester syllabus he said, "You wish you were a teacher don't you? To which I replied, "I am". He meant a certified and paycheck receiving teacher and my answer to that question is NO. Not now at least. I am glad I am the teacher to my child and too those I teach at church and co-op. Who knows what the future holds down the road? Me in a nutshell.

One More Thing...: Aaron's New Bike
http://acjharmonfam.blogspot.com/2015/05/aarons-new-bike.html
The ramblings of the everyday happenings in the Harmon home. Thursday, May 7, 2015. WowI can't believe I haven't posted this yet! This was the Saturday after I got my Jawbone so this was April 18th! I remember this because I had almost 20k steps that day (and we went to Jaxson's 3rd b-day party after this)! Aaron got a new mountain bike. He has been wanting one for years and when he got his "pinky money" we decided he was getting one. Losing his pinky deserves at least getting a mountain bike! You've Got...

One More Thing...: Baby Steps
http://acjharmonfam.blogspot.com/2015/05/baby-steps.html
The ramblings of the everyday happenings in the Harmon home. Thursday, May 7, 2015. So in other words I am shrinking my shadow one step at a time! I am making better choices like bringing a salad to our last day of co-op banquet instead of being tempted by the food there that I couldn't track the calories on. I park at the back of the parking lot at Walmart because all my steps count! I am drinking a lot of green smoothies and adding oats makes me feel fuller and it is good for me! Me in a nutshell.

One More Thing...: Day 2-6....
http://acjharmonfam.blogspot.com/2015/05/day-2-7.html
The ramblings of the everyday happenings in the Harmon home. Thursday, May 7, 2015. I forgot. Seriously. I completely forgot. Here are a few pictures that I have taken in May so far that will make up for it. Sadie loves to play in the hose, but over the winter the only time she does is if there is a really warm day and we give her a bath with it. We will have to get her used to just playing in it again. I really don't understand why she doesn't like a bath though. This is one little part of it. Now I am k...

One More Thing...: Day 13: A Well Loved Book
http://acjharmonfam.blogspot.com/2015/05/day-13-well-loved-book.html
The ramblings of the everyday happenings in the Harmon home. Friday, May 15, 2015. Day 13: A Well Loved Book. After we say the Pledge of Allegiance and a morning prayer we read from two books to start our day of homeschooling. One is The American Patriots Almanac. By William H Bennett. The other is the book that Jake is reading from in the picture of the day for May 13, 2015. It is a daily devotional book, called Stand A Little Taller. And Jake found this disgusting tick on Sadie. So gross. This blog ser...

One More Thing...: Day 9-My Guys
http://acjharmonfam.blogspot.com/2015/05/day-9.html
The ramblings of the everyday happenings in the Harmon home. Tuesday, May 12, 2015. This is the picture of the day for day 9. My guys headed out on a mountain bike ride. They road for over 3 hours and came back very stinky, dirty, a little beat up (they both had little wrecks which I guess is normal), and happy. They may have missed the father/son camp out but they got to spend a lot of time together. Sadie was kind of bummed she didn't get to go. And then they got to work putting up my bookcases. Day 25...

One More Thing...: Day 11-God Bless the USA
http://acjharmonfam.blogspot.com/2015/05/day-11-god-bless-usa.html
The ramblings of the everyday happenings in the Harmon home. Wednesday, May 13, 2015. Day 11-God Bless the USA. Jake has a new addition to his bedroom. Aaron's work was replacing their giant flag because it was tattered at the end and Aaron happened to be there when they were going to get rid of it. He brought it home and it found its new home in Jake's room. I took a picture of Jake as we were getting ready to say the Pledge of Allegiance on Monday morning before starting school. Me in a nutshell. This ...
