Beautifully Profound: May 2009
http://beautifullyprofound.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Friday, May 22, 2009. Time does certainly fly. It's almost been a year since I've actually sat down and even looked at my blog. Things have been really wonderful with the exception of my soul draining job. Working at a nursing home just makes you want to A) die before you get to that age of being institutionalized, B) appreciate fresh air, and C) makes you really depressed. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Wednesday, February 13, 2008. I think we have three months left to pull this shin dig off. I know we can do it. Especially with the help of Miks family. Anyways, hope you all are happy and healthy. If I don't post within the next few weeks you know why. Don't worry though, there will be plenty of wild, wonderful and wackyily adventurous photos coming. Mik promised me he would take me to go hold a koala. There will be OODLES of photos of that. MySpace yes or no? Hell no I wouldn't be caught dead on MySpace.

We Do Not Need Magic | Lives Less Ordinary
https://liveslessordinary.wordpress.com/2008/06/09/we-do-not-need-magic
We Do Not Need Magic. I’ve just finished watching JK Rowling’s address. To this year’s graduates from Harvard, and I strongly recommend that you watch it too. It was funny, powerful, moving and inspirational – everything you could want and more from a commencement address. One of the key phrases for me was. We do not need magic to change the world, we carry all the power we need inside ourselves already: we have the power to imagine better. Isn’t that just incredibly empowering? I believe that’s th...

The Fire of Images: An Announcement. This is the 5th post of 5 in a series on photography. Why I Started To Take Photos. Why I Continue To Take Photos. Why I Think You Should Take Photos. Over the last week, we’ve covered quite a lot of ground, but there’s one last thing that I want to write about by way of conclusion to this series: Flickr.
