Probably not going to get round to making it until 2013 but here’s some of the research sketchbook I’ve been putting together. The story takes place in a jazz club so I went straight to my all time favorite photographer, the late great Herman Leonard. His photos of jazz musicians and jazz clubs practically defined how people imagine jazz visually.

D has to be the most anticipated piece of television at the moment, second only to Breaking Bad. I’ll be honest, it was not what I was expecting, but I think it’s going to be awesome!
