Great trip to York's wild Kingdom and amusement park yesterday. May 29th, 2012 at 9:22 AM. This weekend was a really great weekend. My husband travels so much over the summer that I rarely get to go on day trips with him in the nice weather. 10:16 am: I made it to my next goal! 07:46 am: It's been 3 months since my surgery. 07:25 pm: Returned to spinning tonight. 10:00 am: Incredibly awesome support group meeting last night. 08:40 pm: Spinning and Aqua Zumba all in one night! 09:22 am: Great trip to York's wild Kingdom and amusement park yesterday. 12 week post op program. How many calories did i eat? I am more than just a fat person. Monday morning weigh in. My house should be quarantined. Not eating my emotions. The 7 eating guidelines.

Monday Morning WI - a day late. Apr 3rd, 2012 at 1:13 PM. Life has been beyond busy. Im working a ton of hours, even on weekends so I havent had much personal computer time to come and write. Right now Im 7 weeks out from sugery and already down to 251! That means Ive lost 30lbs since surgery and Im 70lbs down from my highest! As you can imagine, Im beyond excited. I checked my BMI today and Im down to 43.1 from 55.1! Food right now is an experiment though and it will be for a while. I'm thrilled for you!

Returned to spinning tonight. May 16th, 2012 at 7:25 PM. After 4 years, I returned to spinning class. I used to spin a couple of times a week, but stopped when I was six months pregnant. I only stopped at that point because my knees were hitting my stomach. After that, I kept planning on going back and just never did. Posted via LiveJournal app for iPad. May 22nd, 2012. Incredibly awesome support group meeting last night. May 22nd, 2012 at 10:00 AM. A lot of us agreed that had to be the best support group meeting we have been to in a while. We had the psychologist come and talk about what we expect to get from the surgery vs. the reality. I know that losing the weight is not going to solve all of my problems. I know sometimes it can create new ones. There is a reason my program doesnt want us to drink for a year. Its because some people fill that new...

Why doth the smiling Alicroc. (. Why doth the smiling Alicroc. I'm almost too scared I'll jinx it by reporting it.but i broke my stall today. I'm at 219. This is 4 days after my 3 year bandaversary. I have lost 53 lbs total as of today. Yay. next stop.60lbs down from highest weight (pre-surg of 272). I know its silly.but I remember the last time that i weighed 214lbs.and i looked dang good. lol. I reached my eighteen month anniversary of my gastric band on the third of this month. A couple of days ago I weighed myself and I have lost exactly ONE HUNDRED POUNDS since I had it installed! How do you know when you are too tight? I got a fill last Thursday and am on my second day of mushy foods post fill. I am having a lot of trouble digesting some canned salmon (boneless/skinless) and mayo. I feel a PB coming on, but I've been able to keep it down so far. How do you know if you are too tight?
