My Creations (by Crystal). Wednesday, March 28, 2012. I am going to try to bring this recipe up from memory, it has been a while. 5 cups spelt flour. Lightly kneed and soak over night. 1 Tbl yeast started in 1/4 cup warm water. Enough white flour or alternative flour (rice, potato, millet, etc) to soak up yeast water. Kneed for 10 minutes in white or alternative flour. Shape into 2 loaves and put in loaf pans. Let rise till double. Bake 350deg for 40-55 minutes or until baked through. 2 Months of Beans.
