Recieved recipe from my sister, Michelle. 3 Cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes (boil 4-5 good sized sweet potatoes once it starts boiling cover with a lid and boil for additional 15 minutes or until you can put a fork through the potato very easily). 1 Cup Brown Sugar. 1 Cup Chopped Pecans. 1/3 Cup melted Butter. Once the potatoes are cooked, peel off the skin (should come off very easily). Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
