How is my meter read, and when? Meters are read the 3rd week of the month. A reading is transmitted by a radio device from the meter to a computer in the meter reader’s truck, so you will usually not see him out physically reading the meter. These readings are imported into the billing software to calculate your bill. When should I receive my bill and when is it due? What is the source of my water? We purchase our water from the city of Mount Pleasant. They pump their water from Lake Bob Sandlin.
