He ain't heavy, he's my buddy. Pull over, there's a hydrant. We met Richard Schaeffer, 62, and his dog, Charlie, in Hudson, MI on 11/11/11. He said Charlie could walk fine, just preferred to ride. He said he had been giving Charlie rides since he was a pup about four years ago. When we spotted them Schaeffer was pushing his dog's cart uphill. And he'd had a knee replaced only recently. Happy Birthday from Angie. At the supermarket yesterday I handed the cashier a blank check and said, "$25 over, please.". You don't have to fill out your check at our supermarket. You just give them the blank and the machine fills it out. If you want to make the check for over the amount and get some cash back, you just tell the cashier. It was a busy day. She and one other cashier watched over ten or 12 customer checkouts. Her attention was divided and she did not notice. The other cashier asked.
