Starry Eyes: The sound of water makes her dream.
http://oh-starry-eyes.blogspot.com/2010/07/sound-of-water-makes-her-dream.html
The sound of water makes her dream. Photos by me, Poli Green and Ricardo Tello. Yes, this will be another random photos post. A hurricane hit my city last week and everything has been a mess so I haven't had the time to take some outfit pictures, but no worries, I've made the time to do that today so expect those photos in a few days. Now, on another topic, I would like to thank to everyone who wished me a happy birthday! What else could I ask for? Wow, Great sunglasses! July 9, 2010 at 6:38 PM. A fashio...

Fabulous Muscles: I refuse to name this post after a Hendrix song.
http://iwishforfabulousmuscles.blogspot.com/2011/12/i-refuse-to-name-this-post-after.html
I refuse to name this post after a Hendrix song. In a surprising turn of events, Hendrix has inadvertently become my style inspiration. Just look at the way he mixes prints in that first photo! And plays with textures! I envy the man for the way he wears a band jacket, fringe jacket, ruffle shirt, etc. I guess that makes everything? While I have your attention, I'd like to mention The Ars Nova's upcoming show at the Whisky A Go Go. And Black Morning Missiles! January 15, 2012 at 11:26 PM. I Do, You Should.

Fabulous Muscles: Chanel Pre-Fall 2012
http://iwishforfabulousmuscles.blogspot.com/2011/12/chanel-pre-fall-2012.html
Karl Lagerfield really outdid himself this time. We're going to ignore the fact that fall is not for another year and simply discuss this stunning collection. Obviously, it was Indian-inspired. You saw it everywhere, from the headpieces to the nose rings to the draped pants to the collars to the plentiful prints. Despite never having been to India, Karl got it totally right. And he used Indian girls! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I sing operas in the shower. I'm rather eccentric. I Do, You Should.

Fabulous Muscles: November 2011
http://iwishforfabulousmuscles.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
It's in the cards! Album of the Month: November 2011. Call me cliche. I dare you. I also dare you to call this band or this album boring. Sure, when people think about the Doors, the image of Jim Morrison is difficult to disregard, but there was so much more to them. Have you ever truly paused to listen to Ray Manzarek's keyboards? Like his solo in Light My Fire? The man was a true poet of his time, and a visionary for posterity. I mean, really, what the fuck is The End all about? So you know that band.

Fabulous Muscles: May 2011
http://iwishforfabulousmuscles.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
So true, so true. It's my current obsession. I can't even explain it, it just fills me with utter glee! As does this cover of Jezebel by Anna Calvi. Perfect companion to red, no? Is it me, or is Australian fashion way more fun? I love the jackets in the first two, the sleeves/book purse are DIY heaven, the colors and accessories in the fourth fascinate me, and the last one is just some unexpected color. Also, happy birthday to Natalie! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. I Do, You Should.

Fabulous Muscles: February 2011
http://iwishforfabulousmuscles.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
The road trip video I've always dreamed of making! Disorienting as usual from the Kills. Loving the song, of course. I'm positively agog for the new album coming out in April. I come to you with a severe case of laryngitis! Anyway, I've fallen seriously in love with this editorial. I'm rather puzzled as to why they chose to do a white Frida Kahlo, but what do I, a silly young lass, know? And bright lipstick abound! It's basically what I want to look like all the time. This isn't really related to anythin...

Fabulous Muscles: March 2011
http://iwishforfabulousmuscles.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Let me see yo peacock! Actually, don't. You're a vile woman, Mrs. Katy Perry. Anyway, I'm really digging this photo from the Milan shows. Orange lipstick returns again! And her hair. I die. I keep seeing photos of this woman, anyone know who she is? I've just learned that her name is Elisa Nalin, an Italian stylist based in Paris. I hope everyone's doing well, as I've fallen ill yet again! Via Team Peter Stigter. Inspired by the idea of a Goth wedding, the team at Bensoni. Perhaps I'll have to try it out.

Fabulous Muscles: Walk like a panther
http://iwishforfabulousmuscles.blogspot.com/2011/10/walk-like-panther.html
Walk like a panther. Ignore my total dork face, the point here is to show off my snazzy DIY/ thrifted possessions. Well, minus the cardigan. Sorry, Samantha. I've been having some Russians stay with my family for the past two weeks. Yes, it's a constant party, and no, I don't sleep. Issue. At least Halloween is almost upon us, that most rad of holidays! In typical Stacy fashion, my costume's still not done, but just you wait, Henry Higgins. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.
