The following is a description of the tools I am currently using for my weight loss journey. These are certainly not the only tools but just the ones that I have found to be the most helpful for me based on my lifestyle, personal preferences and activity levels. Sometimes it takes a little trial and error to find what works for you. Update: March 28, 2014 I have recently changed up my workout plan. Community for supporting me in the idea that small changes matter and you only fail if you quit.

We all know goals are important. So here are my latest. Be kind to myself, speak nicely and show compassion. Look for the Joy. Continue to find the exercise(s) that resonate the most and integrate them into my life. Try to find a new recipe each week that sounds “GREAT” and have fun in the experimentation. Continue reducing and keeping sweets at a realistic level. March 2014 Goals ( March Goal Results. 10 boy pushups – yup the full chin to floor, no knees kind. Increase running distance to 3.0 miles.
