My day to day journey in life and my progress after having LapBand surgery. Saturday, December 3, 2011. I am planning to go to our Christmas Fair at our Fairgrounds today. It's the largest one in Southern Oregon and usually there are plenty of things I find interesting. I just hope I can find some gifts there for Christmas and not just things I want for me. I didn't lose any weight this week but I am still going to the gym 5 days and week and this week I had some really great workouts. Links to this post.

I will have to wait six months to a year for my esophagus to completely heal anyway. I am hoping to keep on top of the weight I've already lost and if I do opt for another surgery I may go for the vertical sleeve. I'm mostly known as 'MA'. October 21, 2011 at 3:51 PM. I have been doing some quilting, I made a baby quilt for a friend and I am in the process of making one for our church group "Squares of Hope" to be donated to someone who needs comfort from illness or loss of a loved one. New Beginnings is a self-help support group where people help people through the difficult experience of death of a spouse, divorce, or in the process of divorce. We are a non-profit ministry of St. Raphael Catholic Church in Naperville. Our focus is on the Spiritual, Intellectual and Emotional growth of our members.
