During my trip to Rome two years ago. I was insistent on doing a cooking lesson and found on Tripadvisor that was arranged through ‘ That’s Amore. Once we had our groceries, we were on our way. 20 g dried Porcini mushrooms. 500 ml water (for the porcini). 2 Tbsp olive oil. 375 g risotto rice – rinsed. 250 g sliced mushrooms.
