羽衣甘藍蔓越梅沙拉 Kale Cranberry Salad. 羽衣甘藍 (Kale,和芥藍菜有些類似,最近火紅天邊的時尚蔬菜)。許多人都不喜歡甘藍菜,我不怪你,因為我曾經也是這樣。直到最近我把它作成沙拉,老天,我喜歡它簡直到不能停止。所以,永遠要給你不喜歡的人/ 事/ 物第二次機會。或是,怪罪以前做的不好吃的廚師,甘藍菜是無辜的。 材料:羽衣甘藍,紅洋蔥,Chickpea (鷹嘴豆),Barley (大麥),Soft Wheat Berry,蔓越梅,海鹽,胡椒. Dressing:白酒醋,糖,水,黃芥末,少許蘋果泥. 在 Barley大麥 (長得有點像小薏仁) 旁邊較深色的穀類叫做 Soft Wheat Berry. 加入重要關鍵『蔓越梅』。不騙你,有了它整個口味變得非常特別. 真的好好吃啊!我喜歡這種每一口都是清脆富有纖維的質感,有點甜酸,蘋果泥裹在蔬菜皺摺裏,咬到蔓越梅的那一口還真是像挖到寶咧。完全飽足感,而且非常低卡低脂。 啊,忘了說,你可以撒上一些杏仁片,更棒! 哈密瓜佐羽衣甘藍藜麥沙拉 Cantaloupe Kale Quinoa Salad. 訂閱: 張貼留言 (Atom).

鳳梨,真是個聽起來不優又土氣的水果,長得不好看,吃多了咬舌頭,買整顆回家難處理,還有大型廚餘問題,好像也只有祭祖拜神求旺來的時候才會出現。在東南亞地區路邊買整顆削好切好的一袋兼酸梅辣椒粉台幣 20塊,又甜又多汁多纖維,完全不咬舌,多產便宜,剩下的通通去做罐頭和外銷。人就是這樣,多了就不珍惜,一定要去崇拜稀少進口的水梨水蜜桃之類的。同理,這熱帶的水果在北美可是被高級變身,鳳梨=夏威夷=邁泰小雨傘雞尾酒=沙灘假期。 鳳梨的英文是 Pineapple,把字拆開就是『松子蘋果』。土產鳳梨協會可考慮重新命名行銷,搞個聽起來很異國的諧音『派那艾波』不是更美更好賣嗎?看看土鳳梨在北美轉型多成功啊! 一般常見的莎莎醬是以番茄為底,但也有很多不同以水果為底的做法,『松子蘋果』是其一。作法真的好簡單,每個人都愛吃,清爽小辣保證不咬舌。 材料:鳳梨,墨西哥辣椒,紅洋蔥,香菜,萊姆汁,鹽,胡椒。(以上材料皆可依個人口味喜好調整) 除非是緊急狀況,你也可以用罐頭鳳梨,但我不鼓勵。 訂閱: 張貼留言 (Atom). 豆腐鹹派 Tofu Crustless Quiche. 羽衣甘藍蔓越梅沙拉 Kale Cranberry Salad.
