God's Captivating Love: February 2009
http://godscaptivatinglove.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
Feb 21, 2009. Sing To The Lord. Yep, that's the title of the first song that I sang Thursday night! I was in ETYC (East Texas Youth Chorus) Choir. We sang four songs that sounded beautiful! It was a world hunger benefit concert, so we were not the only group. The Winds Symphony, Kilgore College Choral, and ETYC participated in the concert. There was also a man that sang Panis Angelicus beautifully! When he walked up on stage I was thinking. I wonder what this person is going to sound like. The whole conc...

God's Captivating Love: July 2008
http://godscaptivatinglove.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Jul 29, 2008. Finally, I've had this blog for what, two weeks now and I'm just now blogging. Julia told me that when I post, she'll comment. So here I go! My feet got sticky with the paint and so it was sticking to the plastic drop cloth. That felt kind of wiered on my feet. My dear, sweet, Mother went to Lifeway. To use a gift card and brought some quarters to get me a frosty ( mmmm. Because I was working so hard. Oh, and it was chocolate, which is even better! You're getting all wet". Blogs that I enjo...

From A Writer's Heart: Review: On Hitler's Mountain
http://fawh.blogspot.com/2011/08/review-on-hitlers-mountain.html
KE - Travel Blog. Saturday, August 13, 2011. Review: On Hitler's Mountain. Imgard A. Hunt. When you pick up On Hitler's Mountain, you are in for a vigorous treat! One that displays Nazi Germany from a Nazi child's perspective. Not only does this sound interesting, but it proves to be what I'd confidentially say is one of the best things I have ever read, especially on the subject. Hunt gives us an honest account. I recommend this to anyone who finds this time era fascinating, or enjoys a vigorous read.

KE - Travel Blog. Tuesday, July 26, 2011. Oh man . . . where to start? I must say, I was pretty excited when I finally got my hands on a copy and it didn't disappoint! By the end of the novel you will either 1, be crying your eyes out, or, 2, sitting there numb as your process everything you just read. For those of you who aren't familiar with Redeeming Love. 8220;I want to fill your life with color and warmth. I want to fill it with light.” -Michael Hosea. Saturday, July 23, 2011. From A Writer's Heart: Review: Incarceron
http://fawh.blogspot.com/2011/08/review-incarceron.html
KE - Travel Blog. Saturday, August 13, 2011. Read End July/Beginning August 2011. 8220;A prison like no other. It watches all.”. That quote is so true in describing Incarceron. This book is one of the few that literally sent my mind in a spin. You haven't met 'trippy' till you've met Incarceron. The words didn't just come to life as if in other novels, but it literally felt like the novel was always moving. To me it felt like Incarceron, the novel, breathed—constantly weaving, moving, changing. Life is a...

From A Writer's Heart: Review: Shiver
http://fawh.blogspot.com/2011/09/review-shiver.html
KE - Travel Blog. Friday, September 16, 2011. My best friend told me about Shiver some time ago. She said that Maggie, Shiver's author, wrote in a way that was lyrical. That she wrote in a way that made each work much like a song. I believed her, but I did not fully appreciate that statement till I read it for myself. Stiefvater sings a mosaic of of characters, paints a vivid world, and speaks beauty into our souls through this work. 8220;And leaving you (there aren't words to untangle it). Watch your ha...
