Fresh Start Food Program. Fresh Start Food Program. A carrot and or a little parsley – optional. Slice cabbage finely, but not too fine. Crush 2-3 cloves of garlic. A little grated carrot or chopped parsley for colour- optional. Juice of a lemon (depending on how much cabbage you have you may need more or less). Olive oil a good slurp. Fresh Start Food Program. Nexus Care offers emergency support in the form of food parcels. Transport and medication vouchers and support with utility bills in extreme emergencies. To meet the eligibility criteria you need to be assessed as being in financial crisis and live within specified suburbs within the Brisbane North and North West area.
