http://nexuschef.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 26, 2011. There is so much going on I doubt that I will even come close to capturing it all here! Yes, yes, it has been a very long time since I have written. Admittedly I am somewhat unapologetic as launching Nexus and still working full time has been quite a chore. I want to start with what is the most exciting news I have had: Our beans are leaving Bengkulu as I type, heading to Jakarta, then boarding a ship towards the states. We expect see them sometime in mid February. We have hire...

NEXUS Chef: February 2011
http://nexuschef.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 22, 2011. What an exciting week, and it's only Tuesday! Thus far in the Nexus journey we have focused heavily on what it is going to take to open. How we are going to serve Cleveland, the food we are going to offer (it's going to be great! But the last couple of days we have begun to really focus in on an area that has not been the center of attention for some time: our coffee beans. That uses coffee beans to give hope to people, and reproduces that hope! My prayer is that we can be par...

http://nexuschef.blogspot.com/2011/03/yummy.html
Monday, March 7, 2011. So much going on with Nexus right now- especially in the world of the beans as I began to share in an earlier post. In the next few days I will share some of the cool partnerships that are beginning to form and maybe even let you in on when you might be able to meet one of them! Sharp provolone, cucu...

Friday, May 13, 2011. We Import Beans and Export Hope. While the blog has been quiet the goings on for Nexus has not. It's been about as exciting of a 60 day span as one can remember since the journey began. While there is nothing on a space as of yet we are continuing to keep our eyes and ears out for anything that may pop up. Fundraising also continues- we are getting closer by the day to our estimated amount needed for launch- so continued support in all forms is also appreciated in this area. So the ...
