Tuesday, January 4, 2011. National Family Association for Deaf-Blind (NFADB). The National Family Association for Deaf-Blind (NFADB) is very excited to have recently been awarded a Perkins grant to continue and to expand the organization's activities. The first step is to reach out to connect individuals who are deaf-blind, families, friends and professionals to NFADB. This will help NFADB accomplish their primary goal of creating a unified network of support for individuals and families.
