Life on Longfellow: Holes to heaven
http://lifeonlongfellow.blogspot.com/2009/10/holes-to-heaven.html
Saturday, October 31, 2009. You know how there are long lists of projects that you need to work on and you just have to squeeze bits of them in when you can? We've had these roof vents sitting in a box in the office since the summer, but just haven't had time to put them in. There are four that need to go in, but it looks like it might rain today so we only got to one. There is really nothing like chopping a hole in your roof when the sky is so overcast. Were very impressed on our side of the hemisphere.

http://weimerchronicles.blogspot.com/2012/08/38ish-week-update.html
Tuesday, August 7, 2012. Nothing too exciting to report. I went to the doctor yesterday for my 38 week pre-natal exam (even though I am not 38 weeks until tomorrow! My numbers yesterday were:. Weight: up another lb for a total of 21 lbs. BP: 119/40 (a little high, but the nurse said it was because I was talking while she was measuring it). Fundal Height: 36 cm. Thankfully I was able to take it all apart and wash all the different pieces and now they are all clean and nice-smelling again! He will only be ...

The best news of all is that the girls were over joyed when they heard that they could actually get out and walk through the house this time. They were so excited to see everything, especially their new room! Our New House 2012.

Life on Longfellow: May 2009
http://lifeonlongfellow.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 25, 2009. Happy Memorial Day weekend! We considered going down to the NSO concert at the Capitol, but dealing with a large crowd on a humid day ended up not being terribly appealing. . We went to the Crate and Barrel Outlet on Saturday, which turned out to be a great move. We had been looking for a pot rack for a while - and we found this one on an outrageous sale. 160;Take them down? Our other exciting find of the weekend came from our garden - we have radishes! Life on Longfellow: April 2009
http://lifeonlongfellow.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 4, 2009. I feel like you aren't really a grown up until your bed is no longer just a mattress on the metal frame. I guess that means we've grown up. . Our poor room has been ignored and neglected while we've focused on other rooms, but this goes a long way to making it feel more settled. Plus we finally put in the sconces we got from Adam's parents' house last year. It may not be a Mary Helen quality garden, but at least the experiment is working so far! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Birthday Tickers from WiddlyTinks.com. Birthday Tickers from WiddlyTinks.com. Birthday Tickers from WiddlyTinks.com. Saturday, August 25, 2012. All three of our girls were "late" crawlers (according to averages). Sierra crawled around 10 months old, Chyler didn't crawl until 1 week before she turned one year old, and Ariella has been very content hanging out on her bum as well.until this week! I find her crawling to be so funny looking (and it seems exhausting too) but it is still so cute! Standing in No...

Life on Longfellow: Christmas
http://lifeonlongfellow.blogspot.com/2009/12/christmas.html
Wednesday, December 23, 2009. My newest creche - from Tanzania. Our local radio station is doing a series on good deeds, and started it off today with the story of the man in Memphis who went to a local Citgo and paid for the gas of 80 strangers. Christmastime always reminds me that there is some kind soul out there who has remained anonymous for years, but continues to bring tears to my eyes nearly twenty years later. Erick and Libbey Chuy. Thats a beautiful story and memory! January 14, 2010 at 1:45 PM.
