To nominate a charity, members must have signed the 100 Women Who Care Wilmot Commitment Form and be current in their donations. Charities should be Wilmot-based or, if based outside the Township, they must have a direct impact on the lives of Wilmot residents e.g. Nutrition for Learning, Hospice Waterloo. After a charity receives the majority vote and 100 Women Who Care Wilmot's funding support, they cannot be nominated again for 3 years (12 meetings). After a charity has been nominated and invited to speak twice. In one calendar year and has not been chosen, it cannot be nominated again that year.
