In this case, it's hiking all the trails in the AMC White Mountain Guide. The current edition (29th) includes 608 trail, covering a fairly staggering 1440.4 miles. As with all the other hiking goals since, this was heavily influenced by my starting the White Mountain 4000-footer list, back in 2010. The Mahoosuc Range Area.

Working title: Who ever said spring wasn't a season of harvest? Peak: Mt. Washington. Trails: Tuckerman Ravine Trail, Right Gully, bushwhack, Lion Head Trail, snowfields, The Chute, Sherburne Ski Trail. Elevation/outing duration: 4500' gain/loss, time of 8:03. Fresh on the headwall. The New England 4000-footers list includes the 48 White Mountain 4000 Footers, and 19 additional peaks in Maine and Vermont, that meet the 200' prominence criteria. The New England 100 Highest list, takes the 67 4000-footers and adds the next 33 peaks below 4000 feet, that meet the 200' prominence criteria.
