It was great - I need to do that more often. Here is Wednesday's training:. 1) Broad Jump - 5x5. 2a) Reverse Lunge w/ sandbag held in zercher position - 3x12/10/10. 2b) Kettlebell swing - 3x15. 3) Hanging Knee Raise - 2x12. 1) Hang Clean - 90x5x5. 2a) Press - 85x2x4, and then 2 back off sets.
