Monday, September 28, 2009. I am going to try to explain the "mum" thing to my Arizona family! It is a southern tradition to exchange mums for homecoming. Apparently. The bigger and tackier the better. Yes-even the boys wear them on their arms. It is a very big deal! The goal is to have the biggest, tackiest (the kids don't call them tacky) mum at school. You do not wear the mum to the dance, but you do wear it to school on Friday and at the homecoming football game. Here is Preston posing with his mum!

Wednesday, April 22, 2009. Update on Rhea- Rhea. I wanted to post a quick update on Rhea-Lynn. She is right in the middle of treatment where she goes 5 days a week for focal radiation. They are hoping to shrink/ stop the tumors growth. She started loosing her hair in big clumps so she cut it super short (which is really cute) and also got this gorgeous wig! Can you say super model? Our amazing daddy takes her to most of her radiation treatments. Rhea-Lynn was feeling very sad and out of control when.

Sunday, October 24, 2010. I can't believe my little baby is 8! How can it be? She got to have a birthday "season" as we like to call it in my family:) She started off her season with a little family party. She got a new desk from mom and dad (pictures were too dark! Wednesday, October 28, 2009. Every year our neighborhood throws a big fall festival. It is really fun and all the kids dress in their. Halloween costumes. This year Rachel decided to be a ladybug like her cousin Meadow in Arizona! That's one cute ladybug! Their was an amazing face painter there. Look at this gorgeous face! Monday, August 23, 2010. Back to school 2010. Rachel and Preston are ready for a new school year! Rach posing outside of school. She is excited to be starting second grade:).
