Monday, December 10, 2007. You just can’t beat chocolate and peanut butter. These are some treats I made for work. Hope they like them… I did! 1 package Duncan Hines Chocolate Lovers Double Fudge Brownie Mix. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 30 mini Reeses cups unwrapped. 1 Box Reynolds 2-inch aluminum foil mini cups for muffins. 1 Preheat oven to 350. 2 Place 30 foil liners on baking sheet. 3 Combine brownie mix, contents from fudge packet in mix, eggs, water and oil. 5 Fill each liner with 2 tablespoons of batter.

Tuesday, June 19, 2012. Back in the Saddle. One of my biggest goals since having back surgery is to be able to ride my road bike again. I FINALLY did it! I was really worried the first ride would be so painful I wouldn't be able to do anything for a week. MUCH to my surprise it wasn't even my back that hurt. I'm so thankful that I was able to have Dr. Cyr fix my back. I can't wait until Aaron and I are able to complete our first post back surgery century! That's my new goal! Back in the Saddle.
