Sunday, December 14, 2008. Nic and I did a mini photo shoot for our Christmas card picture at Rotary Gardens in Janesville. The cards turned out really nice! Tore up the flooring all by himself. It all started with me wanting to rip of the disgusting carpeting, and finding a nightmare underneath. Nic. The flooring all by himself as well, with the help of his step-dad. He even let me put down one of the floor boards! Well, we couldn't hold Thanksgiving this year due to the floors not being done!

Cover in water (1 inch over the top of the lentils). 3 large cloves garlic, crushed. 1/2 – 2 inch piece of garlic, some of the skin removed. 2 Beef/Chicken Bouillon Cubes. Place in the pot with the lentils, bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Cook until lentils are soft. Turn off burner. 1 jalapeño, seeded.

I have been baking flat chat for almost the whole of December, creating treats for corporate xmas gifts, teachers presents, thank you gifts, as well as the usual orders for my wonderful customers.
