We were looking forward to putting a floor in the new classroom, but instead spent the morning sanding and painting desks. The work was arm numbing and mind numbing, but the kids didn’t seem to mind at all because they recognized that this was the work of the LORD! Nicaragua Hands Team ACS. Monday, March 23, 2009. We consider ourselves fortunate to catch our flight this morning as some flights to Houston were cancelled if they were coming from Alaska – thanks to the volcano eruption. Te plane was very full. We also hope that Corwin’s bag doesn’t burst the duct tape and have an eruption of its own. Where would he be without duct tape! Corwin is one of the few people I know who has duct tape as a staple for packing for big trips. March 24, 2009 at 7:51 AM.
