It’s that time of the year again where I set myself some challenges for the year ahead. As ever they should take effort to achieve, etc. Normally it’s running challenges and I certainly want to keep improving but I’m trying something new this year. 2 Complete a 100 mile cycle. 3 Take part in a cyclocross event. 4 Sub 25 min 5K, 50 min 10K and Sub 2 hour half marathon.
