Happy hour 4 & 5. September 3, 2008 at 9:28 pm. Well, I’ve been back from my vacation for couple of weeks now and it was a lot of fun. Since I’ve been back, I’ve really missed my brother and all of the happy hours that we hit up after his 9-5 job. . . Happy hour 4: green apple martini at Gordon Biersch Brewery. Christian W. Klay Winery. January 13, 2009 at 2:20 am. Before visiting Fallingwater, my parents took me to the Christian W. Klay Winery located in the Laurel Highlands. It was a very nice way to picnic. We had a wine tasting and then bought four varieties of white and sparkling wines to drink out on the patio. It was also my grandmother’s birthday . . . I must confess that when I have a large meal at a restaurant, I eat strategically. To clarify, when I order chicken, I eat the breast first, in consideration of my leftovers, because it is the driest cut.
